Food grade

In order to provide customers with safe food-grade packaging, all food contact materials are produced with imported top class food grade plastic pellets and all our production processes are completed in an ISO8/Class 100,000 clean workshop, we owned FSSC22000/FDA/EU10-2011 certification.

We will put a liner bag in the carton box to keep the bag clean.

We provide a one-year warranty for our packaging products, replace or compensate if there are functional quality problems during the warranty period.

We support escrow payment, placing money in the control of an independent third party in order to protect the buyer. When the buyer verify the transaction has been completed per terms set, the money is released. If at any point there is a dispute between the parties in the transaction, the process moves along to dispute resolution.

13 routine quality checks

Most factories can't pick out defective packages during the production process, the defective packages will ship to you mixed in the good ones, although they can provide shorter lead times and cheaper prices because of one less process. However, I believe that you can't pick out the defective bags neither. Defective packages will increase the rejection rate and may also bring risks.

We do 13 routine checks and our automatic visual defect inspection equipment can find at least 0.15mm² defects, such as dirt, lines, various spots, holes and scratches, ensure the film are 100% qualified to leave the factory or enter the follow-up process
